Additional accommodation

If for whatever reason you cannot or do not wish to use the accommodation offered by the conference, you are welcome to arrange your own accommodation. In that case, check the "no accommodation" option on the registration form. Then, the registration fee will not include accommodation.
You should know, however, that there are no hotels within walking distance of the ESC. For the convenience of participants arranging their own accommodation, we have compiled a list of relatively nearby hotels (including their distance to the ESC). With one of them, we managed to arrange a special price for IMC participants.

We have negotiated prices and secured rooms until 15 April with Hotel du Val de Poix in Poix-Saint-Hubert (distance to ESC: 10.5 km). We secured 18 twin rooms (119€/night*) and 12 rooms (91€/night*) with a large bed that can then be booked either as double or as single room. The code for reservation (by e-mail) to benefit from the prices is IMC2023. After 15 April, the rooms will be freed and can be sold to the general public. If you plan to stay there, please book as soon as possible.

Alternatively, you can also book in any of the following hotels but keep in mind that it will be summertime and therefore demand can be high since ESC is located in a very touristic region:

If you want to stay in one of these hotels and do not have a car or do not want to rent one, there are possibilities to rent bikes:

  • LOCA Jeux - possibility to rent VTT or electric bicycle. Prices range from 20 to 50 EUR per day. Possibility for the material to be delivered.
  • Ardenne Velos - many more choices.
